- 0.25 teaspoon Salt (*Not needed if using Self Rising Flour)
- 2 tablespoons Butter (or Coconut Oil) (or Nut Butter)
- 0.25 cup Brown Sugar Substitute (or Sweetener)
- generous amount Ground Cinnamon
- 6 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1.5 scoops Protein Powder (*Use a good tasting one (Vanilla preferred))
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
