A quick and healthy chocolate mug cake perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth with minimal calories.

Ingredients

dry ingredients

  • 15 grams oat flour (or normal flour)
  • 1 tbsp calorie-free granulated sweetener (erythritol)
  • 7 grams cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp coffee powder
  • 15 grams nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 15 to 20 ml water

toppings

  • a couple pieces chocolate chips

Instructions 

  • Mix Greek yogurt, sweetener, cocoa powder, coffee powder, and salt in a microwave-safe mug.
  • Sift in oat flour and baking powder, add water, and stir until smooth. Top with chocolate chips.
  • Microwave on high for 45 seconds to 1 minute 30 seconds. Serve warm.
