Instructions
Boil water, cook noodles until al dente (3-4 min), then drain.
In a skillet, heat oil and cook beef seasoned with salt until browned (3-5 min).
Add garlic and chili paste; cook until fragrant (~30 sec).
Stir in bell peppers, bok choy, and soy sauce; cook until veggies soften (~2-3 min).
Add cooked noodles; toss to combine (~1 min).
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
Feel free to add more chili paste for extra heat or adjust vegetables to your preference.
