A quick and flavorful bowl combining tender ground beef with nutritious quinoa and bold Korean-inspired flavors.
Ingredients

quinoa, dry but rinsed
Oils and seasonings

Instructions
Cook quinoa in 2 cups water or broth for 15 minutes, then fluff.
Heat oil, brown ground beef, then add garlic and ginger, cook 1 minute.
Mix sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
Add sauce to beef, cook 3-5 minutes to combine flavors.
Serve beef over quinoa, top with sliced green onions.
Notes
For extra spice, add more red pepper flakes.
