  • 3 pieces ripe banana
  • 120 grams creamy peanut butter
  • 50 grams cocoa powder

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 15 cm x 15 cm (7 inch x 7 inch) pan with parchment paper.
  • Mash bananas in a large bowl, then stir in peanut butter until smooth.
  • Sift in cocoa powder, mix well, and transfer to the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 22-30 minutes, then cool before slicing.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add a pinch of salt or vanilla extract.
