These easy, healthy brownies require just four ingredients and are perfect for a quick, protein-packed treat.

Ingredients

Base ingredients

  • 2 cups bananas, very ripe (mashed) (about 4 large)
  • 1 cup peanut butter (natural, extra-crunchy)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate protein powder (clean/dark; recommended: Tera's Whey)
  • 2/3 cup mini chocolate chips (Enjoy Life brand recommended)
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans (optional, diced)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8-inch pan.
  • Mix mashed bananas and peanut butter until smooth.
  • Stir in protein powder, then fold in chocolate chips and nuts if using.
  • Pour batter into pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until set and a toothpick comes out moist.
  • Cool completely before slicing for clean cuts.
