These easy, healthy brownies require just four ingredients and are perfect for a quick, protein-packed treat.

bananas, very ripe (mashed)

peanut butter (natural, extra-crunchy)

dark chocolate protein powder (clean/dark; recommended: Tera's Whey)

mini chocolate chips (Enjoy Life brand recommended)

walnuts or pecans (optional, diced)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8-inch pan.
Mix mashed bananas and peanut butter until smooth.
Stir in protein powder, then fold in chocolate chips and nuts if using.
Pour batter into pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until set and a toothpick comes out moist.
Cool completely before slicing for clean cuts.
