These quick and healthy energy bars are perfect for a nutritious snack, combining ripe bananas, oats, and peanut butter for a delicious treat.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 3 large ripe bananas (14-16 ounces)

Dry Goods

  • 2 cups rolled oats (gluten free)

Nut Butters

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (all natural)

Nuts & Chips

  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chip

Spices & Flavorings

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking sheet.
  • Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
  • Add oats, peanut butter, walnuts, chocolate chips, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
  • Press batter into the prepared baking sheet evenly.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, then cool and cut into 16 bars.
