Delicious high-protein brownies with a creamy peanut butter swirl, perfect for a healthy treat.
Ingredients

cottage cheese (blended)

eggs
Dry & Baking
1/2
cup
unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3
cup
honey
Peanut Butter
2
tbsp
creamy natural peanut butter
Instructions
Whisk eggs, cottage cheese, honey, and cocoa until smooth.
Pour batter into a lined 8×8 inch pan and spread evenly.
Microwave peanut butter for 15 seconds until drippy.
Dollop peanut butter onto batter and swirl with a toothpick.
Bake at 350°F for 25–28 minutes, then cool before slicing.
Notes
For best swirl pattern, don't overmix the peanut butter.
