Ingredients

Dairy & Eggs

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (blended)
  • 2 large eggs

Dry & Baking

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup honey

Peanut Butter

  • 2 tbsp creamy natural peanut butter

Instructions 

  • Whisk eggs, cottage cheese, honey, and cocoa until smooth.
  • Pour batter into a lined 8×8 inch pan and spread evenly.
  • Microwave peanut butter for 15 seconds until drippy.
  • Dollop peanut butter onto batter and swirl with a toothpick.
  • Bake at 350°F for 25–28 minutes, then cool before slicing.

Notes

For best swirl pattern, don't overmix the peanut butter.
