Instructions
Pat chicken dry and cut into 1-1.5 inch pieces.
Toss chicken with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and chili powder. Add cornstarch and toss to coat.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray the basket.
Arrange chicken in a single layer and cook for 7-9 minutes, shaking halfway, until browned and internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let rest for 2 minutes, then serve with lemon, parsley, or hot honey, and your favorite dip.
Notes
For extra juiciness, use chicken thighs instead of breasts.
