Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup Protein powder (whey, casein, or plant-based)
  • 0.5 cup Flour (oat flour or almond flour)
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • a pinch Salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 large Egg or flax egg
  • 0.25 cup Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp Sweetener (stevia, monk fruit, or coconut sugar)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  • Mix dry ingredients: protein powder, flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Whisk wet ingredients: egg, yogurt, vanilla, and sweetener.
  • Combine mixtures into a dough; adjust with flour or yogurt if needed.
  • Form dough into 1-inch balls.
  • Spray air fryer basket; place balls in a single layer.
  • Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
