Instructions
Mix softened butter, sugars, egg, pumpkin, and vanilla until fluffy.
Whisk dry ingredients and spices separately, then combine with wet mixture.
Fold in chocolate chips and form dough balls.
Preheat air fryer to 325°F (160°C). Line basket with parchment.
Place dough balls in basket, cook for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden.
