Enjoy tender, caramelized pumpkin slices roasted to perfection in your air fryer, flavored with cinnamon and maple syrup.

Ingredients

Pumpkin

  • 0.5 small sugar pumpkin (about 1–1.25 lbs)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch ground nutmeg
  • Pinch salt

Instructions 

  • Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  • Whisk maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt; set aside.
  • Cut pumpkin in half, scoop out seeds, then slice into wedges.
  • Toss pumpkin slices with melted butter and maple syrup mixture.
  • Arrange in air fryer basket and cook for 13–15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Optional: brush with remaining maple butter and serve.
