Enjoy tender, caramelized pumpkin slices roasted to perfection in your air fryer, flavored with cinnamon and maple syrup.
Ingredients
Pumpkin

Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
Whisk maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt; set aside.
Cut pumpkin in half, scoop out seeds, then slice into wedges.
Toss pumpkin slices with melted butter and maple syrup mixture.
Arrange in air fryer basket and cook for 13–15 minutes, flipping halfway.
Optional: brush with remaining maple butter and serve.
