A delicious and wholesome apple crisp featuring almond butter and coconut sugar, perfect for a cozy dessert or snack.
Ingredients
Dough Topping

rolled oats

coconut sugar

coconut oil or ghee

almond butter

Apple Filling

apples (pink lady, braeburn, honeycrisp, granny smith)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×10 inch baking dish.
Mix coconut oil, almond butter, coconut sugar, and cinnamon to make the crumble topping. Add oats and combine until crumbly.
Slice apples and toss with lemon juice and cinnamon. Spread in baking dish.
Distribute crumble topping evenly over apples. Bake for 55-80 minutes until golden and bubbling. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
