Deliciously rich and fudgy brownies made with almond flour, perfect for a gluten-free treat.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz unsalted butter (cut into chunks)
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup dark cocoa powder (Hershey's)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray an 8x8-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • Melt butter and 1/4 cup chocolate chips in microwave, stir until smooth, then whisk in cocoa powder.
  • Add sugar and mix well, then incorporate eggs one at a time.
  • Stir in almond flour, baking powder, salt, and 1 cup chocolate chips until combined.
  • Pour batter into prepared dish and bake for 30-32 minutes. Cool before slicing.

Notes

For extra fudginess, slightly underbake and let cool completely.
