Deliciously rich and fudgy brownies made with almond flour, perfect for a gluten-free treat.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray an 8x8-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
Melt butter and 1/4 cup chocolate chips in microwave, stir until smooth, then whisk in cocoa powder.
Add sugar and mix well, then incorporate eggs one at a time.
Stir in almond flour, baking powder, salt, and 1 cup chocolate chips until combined.
Pour batter into prepared dish and bake for 30-32 minutes. Cool before slicing.
Notes
For extra fudginess, slightly underbake and let cool completely.
