Ingredients

Meat and Vegetables

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup celery, sliced
  • 1 cup frozen peas

Pasta

  • 2 cups egg noodles, cooked

Canned Goods

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.5 cup milk

Cheese

  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch dish.
  • Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet until browned; add carrots, celery, and peas, cooking until vegetables soften.
  • Stir in cooked noodles, mushroom soup, milk, and half of the cheese; mix well.
  • Transfer mixture to baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
