Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch dish.
Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet until browned; add carrots, celery, and peas, cooking until vegetables soften.
Stir in cooked noodles, mushroom soup, milk, and half of the cheese; mix well.
Transfer mixture to baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
