Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Butter a 9x13-inch baking pan.
Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
Combine melted butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla; beat until smooth.
Mix in dry ingredients, fold in diced apples, then spread into pan.
