Ingredients
Dough

granulated sugar

packed light brown sugar

apple cider reduction

granulated sugar (for coating)

cinnamon (to taste)
Instructions
Simmer 3 cups apple cider until reduced to ⅓ cup; cool completely.
Mix melted butter, sugars, eggs, vanilla, and cider reduction; add dry ingredients and combine.
Refrigerate dough for 1 hour until firm enough to scoop.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix cinnamon and sugar for coating.
Shape dough into balls, coat in cinnamon-sugar, and place on baking sheets. Bake 11–14 minutes.
Notes
Ensure dough is chilled enough to handle easily for scooping.
