Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt (optional) (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional) (optional)
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 apple apple, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup (to taste)

Instructions 

  • Combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and vanilla in a jar or bowl.
  • Add chopped apple, cinnamon, and maple syrup; mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
  • Stir before serving and top with extra apples or cinnamon if desired.
  • Enjoy cold or microwave for 30-60 seconds if warm.
