Instructions
Preheat your waffle iron.
Mix warm water and flax seeds; set aside for 10 minutes.
Whisk plant-based milk, oil, apple, and vanilla; set aside.
Combine dry ingredients; create a well and add wet mixtures. Gently whisk until just combined.
Scoop batter onto waffle iron and cook until golden. Repeat with remaining batter.
Notes
