A quick and nutritious parfait layered with cinnamon-spiced yogurt, fresh apples, and crunchy granola for a delightful breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

Dairy

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 large apple, diced (any variety)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 0.5 cup granola

Nuts (optional, for topping)

Instructions 

  • Wash and dice the apple into small cubes, peeling if desired.
  • Mix Greek yogurt with ground cinnamon and honey or syrup if using.
  • Layer cinnamon yogurt, diced apples, and granola in a glass or bowl. Repeat layers.
  • Top with extra apple slices, nuts, or cinnamon if desired.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.

Notes

For added crunch, sprinkle with nuts just before serving.
