Instructions
Cook apple filling: melt butter, cook apples with sugars, salt, cinnamon, and water until soft and sticky. Cool.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll dough into 8-inch circles.
Fill each circle with 1/3 to 1/2 cup apple filling, fold over, and crimp edges.
Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with sugar, cut vent holes, and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
Notes
Ensure not to overfill to prevent spilling during baking.
