Wet Ingredients

Apple Mixture

apples, peeled and grated

lemon juice

Instructions
Peel, grate apples, toss with lemon juice and brown sugar. Set aside.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk wet ingredients separately.
Combine wet and dry, fold in apple mixture. Cook pancakes on buttered griddle until golden.
Flip and cook until golden brown. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.
