Instructions
Cook apples: Sauté apples with maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt until tender, about 8 minutes.
Mix wet ingredients: Combine non-dairy milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt in a bowl. Optional: blend in cooked apples for extra flavor.
Add dry ingredients: Stir in oats, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and chia seeds. Let sit 10 minutes.
