Ingredients

Fruits

  • 1 piece red or green apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 frozen ripe banana frozen ripe banana, peeled prior to freezing
  • 0.25 cup rolled oats or quick oats
  • 2 Medjool dates pitted Medjool dates
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.125 tsp ground ginger
  • 0.125 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 0.33 cup oat milk or any plant-based milk

Toppings

  • N/A Chopped apple
  • N/A Granola
  • N/A Chopped Medjool dates
  • N/A Crushed pecans
  • N/A Almond butter

Instructions 

  • Gather all ingredients.
  • Core and chop the apple.
  • Add apple, banana, oats, dates, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and milk to blender.
  • Blend until smooth, then transfer to a bowl.
