Ingredients

Fruits

  • 2 pieces apples (chopped into pieces)
  • 1 frozen banana frozen banana
  • 4 dates dates (presoaked in hot water for about 10 min)

Sweeteners & Add-ins

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • ΒΌ cup oats (30g)
  • 1 cup plant milk (230ml)
  • Pinch cinnamon

Instructions 

  • Chop the apples into small pieces and soak the dates in hot water for about ten minutes.
  • Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth, adding more liquid if needed.
