Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon; cut in butter until crumbly. Press into baking pan.
Combine sliced apples with cornstarch, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, oats, and chopped walnuts. Spread over crust.
Bake for 30 minutes until golden. Let cool slightly.
Mix powdered sugar with milk, salt, and vanilla to make glaze. Drizzle over cooled bars.
