A delicious and nutritious sandwich combining creamy avocado, hard-boiled eggs, fresh vegetables, and bread for a quick, satisfying meal.

Instructions
Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then peel and chop.
Mash the avocado with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and chilli flakes.
Mix chopped eggs with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
Toast the bread slices lightly.
Spread avocado on one slice, add egg-mayo, lettuce, and tomato, then top with another bread slice.
Slice in half and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or extra lemon juice.
