A delicious and nutritious sandwich combining creamy avocado, hard-boiled eggs, fresh vegetables, and bread for a quick, satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 piece ripe avocado
  • 4 pieces eggs (hard boiled)
  • 6 slices tomatoes
  • 4 pieces lettuce
  • 4 slices bread
  • 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • optional Chilli flakes (optional)

Seasonings

  • to taste Salt & pepper

Instructions 

  • Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then peel and chop.
  • Mash the avocado with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and chilli flakes.
  • Mix chopped eggs with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
  • Toast the bread slices lightly.
  • Spread avocado on one slice, add egg-mayo, lettuce, and tomato, then top with another bread slice.
  • Slice in half and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or extra lemon juice.
