Ingredients

Bread

  • 80 g whole-grain bread

Avocado

  • 150 g ripe avocado

Eggs

  • 2 large large eggs

Olive Oil

  • 15 ml olive oil

Salt

  • to taste Salt

Black Pepper

  • to taste Black pepper

Optional Flavors

  • optional chili flakes or lemon juice (for extra flavor)

Instructions 

  • Toast the bread slices until golden and crisp.
  • Mash the avocado with salt, pepper, and lemon juice if desired.
  • Cook eggs in olive oil to your preference.
  • Spread mashed avocado on toast and top with cooked eggs. Add chili flakes if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, add chili flakes or a squeeze of lemon juice.
