Instructions
Halve the avocados, remove pits, and scoop flesh into a bowl. Mash until smooth, then mix in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
Cook eggs in a skillet over medium heat until whites are set and yolks are runny.
Spread mashed avocado on each toast, top with an egg, and add optional toppings if desired.
