  • 1 piece Bagel (Your choice)
  • 2-3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 2-3 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
  • 1 can Tuna (Drained)
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese (Fat Free)
  • 4-6 tablespoons Salsa
  • 1 squirt Lemon Juice

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the bagel into thin chips.
  • Brush bagel slices with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 5 minutes until crispy.
  • Meanwhile, mix drained tuna, cream cheese, salsa, and lemon juice to make the dip.
  • Serve the bagel chips with the protein dip.

Notes

For extra flavor, add chopped herbs to the dip.
