A nutritious and delicious breakfast option combining cottage cheese and fresh blueberries, baked to perfection.

honey or maple syrup

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking dish with cooking spray or oil.
Mix cottage cheese, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
Spread half of the mixture in the dish and sprinkle with blueberries.
Add remaining cottage cheese mixture over blueberries, then top with oats and nuts if using.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and puffed. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving with extra honey or syrup.
