1/2cupsun dried tomatoes(chopped)

1.7lbsboneless + skinless chicken thighs(cut into strips)
1/2tspsalt
1/2tspgarlic powder
1/2tsponion powder
1/2cupheavy cream
1handfulfresh parsley(chopped)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400℉ (200℃).
In a baking dish, combine onions, sun dried tomatoes, seasonings, balsamic, toss, add garlic, drizzle with olive oil, cover, and bake for 1 hour, tossing halfway.
Season chicken with salt, garlic powder, onion powder. Cook in batches in a skillet with olive oil for 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove garlic, squeeze out cloves, add heavy cream, parsley, and cooked chicken to the dish. Stir to combine.
