These delightful puff pastry bites feature creamy brie, tart cranberry sauce, and optional crunchy pecans, perfect for festive gatherings.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

Cheese

  • 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes

Sauce

  • ½ cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Toppings

  • 2 tbsp candied pecans, chopped (optional crunch)

Garnish

  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional flair)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
  • Roll out puff pastry and cut into 12 squares. Press into muffin cups.
  • Place a brie cube in each pastry, top with cranberry sauce and pecans if using.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly. Cool for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with rosemary sprigs before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, toast the pecans before adding.
