These delightful puff pastry bites feature creamy brie, tart cranberry sauce, and optional crunchy pecans, perfect for festive gatherings.
Ingredients
Dough

sheet
puff pastry, thawed
Cheese
4
oz
brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes
Sauce
½
cup
cranberry sauce
(store-bought or homemade)
Toppings

tbsp
candied pecans, chopped
(optional crunch)
Garnish
Fresh rosemary sprigs
for garnish

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
Roll out puff pastry and cut into 12 squares. Press into muffin cups.
Place a brie cube in each pastry, top with cranberry sauce and pecans if using.
Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly. Cool for 5 minutes.
Garnish with rosemary sprigs before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, toast the pecans before adding.
