Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 pieces Bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 pcs Fresh lemons (juice and zest)
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme and rosemary (chopped)
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • Marinate chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  • Arrange chicken in a baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes until cooked through.
  • Let rest briefly before serving with sides.
