A quick and nutritious breakfast parfait layered with yogurt, bananas, walnuts, and honey.

Ingredients

Layer 1

  • 0.5 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt

Layer 2

  • 0.125 cup dried banana chips
  • 0.125 cup chopped walnuts
  • 0.5 banana banana, sliced into rounds
  • 0.2 tbsp honey

Instructions 

  • Add half of the yogurt to a glass or jar.
  • Layer in half the walnuts, banana chips, and sliced banana.
  • Add remaining yogurt, then top with remaining banana chips and walnuts.
  • Drizzle with honey and enjoy!

Notes

Use ripe bananas for best flavor.
