These delicious and healthy muffins combine ripe bananas, oats, and chocolate chips for a perfect snack or breakfast treat.

Ingredients

Dried Fruits & Nuts

  • 3 pieces Bananas (ripe)
  • 1.5 cups Whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup Oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 cup Chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs Eggs

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  • In a large bowl, mash bananas and whisk in eggs.
  • Mix in oats, flour, baking soda, and baking powder until combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Spoon batter into muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Allow muffins to cool before serving.

Notes

For extra sweetness, add a drizzle of honey on top before baking.
