Enjoy these healthy, chewy banana oatmeal cookies with chocolate chips, perfect for a quick snack or dessert.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment.
Mash bananas, then mix in sugar, egg, and vanilla until combined.
Stir in oats and salt, then fold in chocolate chips.
Drop 1.5 tbsp dough onto sheets, flatten to ½ inch, and space apart.
Bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are golden. Cool on sheets for 5 minutes.
Notes
For softer cookies, slightly underbake and let cool.
