Wet ingredients

mashed banana
((about 2 very large bananas))

Instructions
In a bowl, combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg.
In another bowl, mash bananas and whisk in eggs, yogurt, milk, and honey.
Mix wet ingredients into dry until just combined.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour batter to form pancakes.
Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a handful of blueberries or nuts to the batter.
