These quick and healthy energy balls are perfect for a nutritious snack on the go.

Ingredients

Dried Fruits

  • 1 cup medjool dates

Nuts & Seeds

  • 1 cup almonds (or nuts/seeds of choice)

Nut/Seed Butter

  • 2-3 tablespoons almond butter (or nut/seed butter of choice)

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until combined.
  • Take 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls.
  • Store in the fridge or freezer for best texture.

Notes

Keep the mixture sticky by adding a little more nut butter if needed.
