These quick and healthy energy balls are perfect for a nutritious snack on the go.
Ingredients
Dried Fruits

medjool dates
Nuts & Seeds

cup
almonds (or nuts/seeds of choice)
Nut/Seed Butter
2-3
tablespoons
almond butter (or nut/seed butter of choice)
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until combined.
Take 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls.
Store in the fridge or freezer for best texture.
Notes
Keep the mixture sticky by adding a little more nut butter if needed.
