A hearty and flavorful dish combining baked potatoes with smoky barbecue steak and cheese, perfect for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Scrub potatoes, prick with a fork, and bake for 60-75 minutes.
Pat steak dry, brush with 1/2 of barbecue sauce, and cook over indirect fire for 3-5 minutes per side. Rest and slice into strips.
Split baked potatoes, fluff insides, and mix with butter, salt, and pepper.
Top potatoes with shredded cheese, BBQ steak, remaining barbecue sauce, and sliced green onions.
Notes
For extra smoky flavor, add wood chips to your grill.
