Cooked Rice

cooked white rice (preferably day-old)
Instructions
Prep all ingredients: dice onion, mince garlic, slice bell peppers, cook rice if needed.
In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned (6–8 min). Push to side.
Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant (1–2 min), then combine with beef.
Add peppers and cook 4–5 min until tender. Stir in tomato paste, soy sauce, spices, and red pepper flakes.
Mix in cooked rice, cook 2–3 min to meld flavors. Serve with toppings.
