A quick and flavorful rice bowl featuring seasoned ground beef, colorful bell peppers, and fresh green onions, perfect for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

red bell pepper

Instructions
Rinse the rice until water runs clear, then cook with 2 cups water until tender, about 15 minutes, then let sit covered for 5 minutes.
Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat, sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then add ground beef. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in diced bell pepper, soy sauce, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until peppers are tender.
Fluff cooked rice, serve in bowls topped with beef mixture, garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
You can add a dash of hot sauce for extra flavor or substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
