Instructions
Cook ground beef until browned, then drain excess grease.
Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; cook until translucent and fragrant.
Stir in spices and rice; toast for 1-2 minutes.
Add broth, tomato sauce, and Worcestershire; bring to a boil, then simmer covered for 18-20 minutes.
Remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes, then fluff rice and top with cheese. Cover until melted, then garnish and serve.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use freshly grated cheese and fresh herbs for garnish.
