Instructions
Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned, then set aside.
Sauté diced onion and minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant.
Add diced bell pepper, zucchini, and broccoli; season with spices. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Pour in broth and soy sauce; simmer for a few minutes to blend flavors.
