A quick and flavorful one-pan meal combining ground beef with fresh vegetables, seasoned to perfection.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 zucchini diced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup beef or vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional) (for extra flavor)

Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned, then set aside.
  • Sauté diced onion and minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant.
  • Add diced bell pepper, zucchini, and broccoli; season with spices. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  • Pour in broth and soy sauce; simmer for a few minutes to blend flavors.
  • Return beef to skillet, stir to combine, and cook briefly. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

Feel free to add hot sauce or cheese for extra flavor.
