Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb ground beef

Oil

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Vegetables

  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 zucchini diced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets

Spices and liquids

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup beef or vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional) (for extra flavor)

Garnish

  • to taste fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  • Cook the beef: Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, then set aside.
  • Sauté onion and garlic in the same skillet until fragrant.
  • Add vegetables and spices; cook until tender, about 5–7 minutes.
  • Pour in broth and soy sauce; simmer for 2–3 minutes to blend flavors.
  • Mix in beef, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

Feel free to add more vegetables or adjust seasonings to taste.
