A quick and flavorful dish combining tender beef, vegetables, and rice, all stir-fried to perfection.

beef sirloin

frozen peas and carrots

day-old cooked white rice

Instructions
Whisk together soy sauces, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; set aside.
Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil, scramble eggs, then remove and set aside.
Add remaining oil, cook beef until charred, then transfer to plate with eggs.
Sauté peas, carrots, onion, and scallions until soft; add ginger and garlic, cook 30 seconds.
Add rice, stir-fry for 4 minutes, then pour in soy sauce mixture, cook 1 minute.
Return beef and eggs, toss to combine, cook briefly if needed, then serve immediately.
Notes
Use day-old rice for best texture and flavor.
