A hearty and creamy beef dish featuring tender sirloin and savory mushrooms, perfect for a comforting meal.
Ingredients

beef sirloin

whole mushrooms, drained

Instructions
Slice beef into 1/4-inch pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a pan, sear beef until browned, then remove and set aside.
Add butter, cook onions and garlic until softened, then stir in flour and cook 1-2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in broth, add beef back, bring to boil, then simmer 1-1.5 hours until tender.
Stir in cream, heat through, add mushrooms, and cook 1-2 minutes. Serve hot.
Notes
For a richer flavor, simmer longer and adjust seasoning as needed.
