A quick and flavorful beef stir-fry packed with colorful vegetables and savory soy sauce.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 500 g beef strips

Vegetables

  • 2 pieces bell peppers, sliced
  • 200 g broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 2 pieces carrots, thinly sliced

Aromatics

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Sauce

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

Oil

  • 2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil

Instructions 

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add beef and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • Sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  • Add vegetables and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until tender.
  • Return beef, add soy sauce, and cook for 2 minutes. Serve hot.

Notes

Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
