A quick and flavorful beef stir-fry packed with colorful vegetables and savory soy sauce.
Ingredients

beef strips
Vegetables

bell peppers, sliced

broccoli, cut into small florets

Aromatics

garlic, minced
Sauce

soy sauce
Oil

Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add beef and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
Sauté garlic for 1 minute.
Add vegetables and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until tender.
Return beef, add soy sauce, and cook for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
Notes
Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
