Ingredients

Meat and Vegetables

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced yellow bell pepper
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 medium carrots, sliced thinly
  • 4 green onions, chopped green onions
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions 

  • Slice beef and vegetables; whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic.
  • Heat oil in a skillet; cook beef for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  • Add vegetables; stir-fry for 3 minutes until crisp-tender.
  • Pour sauce over; toss and cook for 1 minute.
  • Serve immediately with rice or noodles.
