Instructions
Whisk orange juice, water, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil; set aside.
Slice beef thinly after trimming; toss with salt, pepper, and cornstarch.
Cook beef in hot oil until browned; remove and set aside.
Stir fry vegetables until tender-crisp; combine with beef.
Simmer sauce, thicken with cornstarch slurry, then return beef and vegetables to heat through.
